The Right way to be Sustainable

April 19, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm

How frustrated are you with “Sustainability”?

In an industry where owners are stretched to rationalize anyone on staff who is not directly accountable for manufacturing revenue, the pressure from governments and clients to be more environmentally sustainable are becoming overwhelming in tough economic times. We all want to do what’s right — but the focus has become fragmented.

The DIA has put together a unique panel consisting of Holly Denson-Camp, Environmental Co-ordinator, Mitchell Press; Jeff Crawford, VP Sustainability, Sustana; and Tova Davidson, Executive Director, Strategy & Governance, Sustainable Waterloo. This panel will guide you through the definition of “Sustainable”, what steps are “need to do” and what steps are “nice to do”, what measurement tools are available, how rebates work, and more.

Want to make sure you’re not going down the “greenwashing” road — join us for this session?
